Sauk Prairie Healthcare Foundation’s mission is to foster charitable giving that supports the vision of Sauk Prairie Healthcare, provide sound stewardship of contributions and advance the health of our communities.
When you give to Sauk Prairie Healthcare Foundation, you support not only your local health care system, but your community as well. You can direct your gift to support:
We’ll use your gift where we need it most. This could include funding for state-of-the-art technology, equipment and training at Sauk Prairie Healthcare. Greatest need gifts also fund community programs such as safe medication disposal and COPD support group, mobile meals, toys and books for children while at the hospital.
Women’s Health funding initiatives like the nurse navigator program for breast cancer patients and remembrance gatherings for fetal loss. The Foundation collaborates with Sauk Prairie Healthcare on programs for healthier girls and women, including teenage girl empowerment classes. We support equipment, program and training in the Birth Center, from infant CPR mannequins to highly specialized tools designed to help sick newborns survive.
Scholarships for Sauk Prairie Healthcare staff to support advanced education in their field. This results in improved care and better patient outcomes.
Community Grants for local projects that promote health and wellness. We have awarded $268,000 since 2004.
