COVID-19 Alert: The health and safety of our members and staff are our top priority. We have implemented changes in accordance with the Wisconsin State recommendations for reopening during this time. Click HERE to review changes.
Masks are optional for those up to date* with COVID19 vaccines on weekends, in exercise classes, and weeknights after 6:00 pm (*up to date means you’ve received all doses in primary series, and a booster dose when eligible). This change is based on CDC recommendations which coincide with Sauk County’s “low” community level. Please note: masks are still required at all times in common spaces where patients may be, including the first floor waiting room and reception desk, as well as the elevator and stairs. If you have COVID19 symptoms or a positive test, please refrain from coming to Wellspring. If the community level changes to “high,” masking will again be required at all times.
When you join Wellspring, it’s not fitness as usual. You receive a health and fitness experience not available at traditional health clubs. Whether you have fitness goals or wellness goals, professional and certified staff will be there to help you be a healthier you.
