Accessing Your Prairie Clinic Records from Prior to August 1, 2026
Information in your Prairie Clinic NextGen patient portal will not transfer to MyHealth, but you will still be able to access the NextGen patient portal through December 31, 2026, giving you time to download or print any records you may need.
