Are you looking for a way to stay active this summer? Register for Sauk Prairie Healthcare Foundation’s TRYathlon! Get a FREE t-shirt when you register by May 15.
The TRYathlon is a do-it-yourself fitness challenge that runs June 1 - August 31, 2026. Track your progress as you bike, swim, and run or walk at your own pace over three months to complete a triathlon. Choose either an Olympic or Ironman distance:
Olympic Distances
- Olympic Swim – 1.5 km (0.93 miles)
- Olympic Bike – 40 km (24.8 miles)
- Olympic Run – 10 km (6.2 miles)
Ironman Distances
- Ironman Swim – 3.9 km (2.4 miles)
- Ironman Bike – 180.2 km (112 miles)
- Ironman Run – 40.2 km (26.2 miles)
Exercise and Enjoy Prizes Along the Way
- Enter a raffle drawing when you complete each leg
- Bonus: Enter an additional raffle drawing when you complete all three legs
- Bonus: Complete all three legs and receive a TRYathlon completion medal
