Jesi Betley brings extensive leadership experience and a deep commitment
to community service to the Sauk Prairie Healthcare Foundation Board of
Directors. With a strong background in executive leadership, enterprise-wide
system architecture, and organizational development, Jesi is passionate
about helping individuals and teams navigate challenges and reach their
full potential through effective leadership practices.
Jesi's professional background spans over 2 decades in leadership roles, including her tenure as Vice President of IT and Process Improvement, where she led business critical initiatives across the organization. Her expertise in enterprise-wide system architecture and organizational development has been instrumental in driving operational excellence and fostering collaborative team environments. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Information technology. Holds certifications in Executive Coaching from the Center for Executive Coaching and Kansas University, as well as specialized training in LINC personality assessment and the 6 Types of Working Genius model, reflecting her commitment to evidence-based leadership development.
A devoted wife, mother of four and longtime Sauk Prairie resident, Jesi has deep roots in the community and understands firsthand the importance of accessible, quality healthcare for families. Her experience as a woman leader in traditionally male-dominated fields has shaped her commitment to breaking barriers and creating opportunities for others. Having worked with major Wisconsin based organizations including Mueller Sports Medicine, she brings valuable insight into the business landscape that supports our community's economic vitality and understands how strong healthcare infrastructure benefits both families and local employers.
Jesi's dedication to service extends beyond her professional accomplishments. She believes strongly in the power of community collaboration and is excited to contribute her strategic planning skills, process improvement skills, and passion for organizational excellence to support the Foundation's vital work in improving healthcare access and quality for all residents of the Sauk Prairie area.
