Sauk Prairie Healthcare is 'Best of the Best'

We are excited to learn that Sauk Prairie Healthcare was named Best of the Best in the Madison Media Partners’ South-Central Wisconsin’s Best of the Best contest. Sauk Prairie Healthcare was voted Best Hospital, Best Place to Work, Best OB/Gyn Facility, and Best Imaging Diagnostics Center.  

The goal of the ‘Best of the Best’ contest is to “give local businesses a platform to promote themselves and start a discussion amongst readers of what their favorite businesses are in each category,” according to the newspaper group’s publication. It goes on to say, “Being voted South Central Wisconsin’s Best of the Best is not only a well-deserved ‘thank you’ to those who truly care for customers. It also reinforces the efforts of those who go above and beyond every day, making our local community a better place to live, work and play.”  

More than 850 businesses were nominated across 114 categories, according to wiscnews.com, with a total of 3,437 people casting 68,000 votes to decide the best business in each category. 

Best Hospital 

As an independent, non-profit health system, our local board of directors enables us to make decisions that are in the best interest of the communities we serve. We have great people and a great culture. We have a broad array of services and a strong regional reputation for our surgical services in orthopedics, general surgery, urology, and gynecology. Our secret to great customer service is that our team members love what they do. In many ways, they see each other as family, and they treat patients the way they would like to be treated.  

Best Place to Work

Our doctors and entire team who care for OB/Gyn patients are amazing. Each one of them leaves a favorable impression on each patient, which gives us a great reputation. Our Birth Center is a beautiful place to deliver a baby, surrounded by highly skilled, compassionate caregivers, and each birth is celebrated with Twinkle Twinkle Little Star played overhead. 

Best Imaging Diagnostics Center  

The team members in Sauk Prairie Healthcare’s Diagnostic Imaging Center are compassionate caregivers who are totally patient-focused every day. We position them with the right tools, training, and technology, and empower them to ensure every patient gets the best care possible. We’re so proud of our team members’ dedication, flexibility, perseverance through trying times, and their ability to put the patient first in all situations.
