Sauk Prairie Healthcare Foundation is committed not only to the health of our patients, but to the health of the communities we serve. In 2022, your gifts helped us award more than $53,000 to the following projects:
Our Healthy Life Grants support the health of our communities. Sauk Prairie Healthcare Foundation has awarded more than $405,000 in grants since 2004.
Healthy Life Grants fund a wide variety of wellness projects, including hiking and biking trails, literacy programs, senior fitness equipment, CPR training mannequins, defibrillator purchases, EMT and lifeguard training, school and community gardens, and local food pantries.
Organizations can apply for Healthy Life Grants starting in April. Sauk Prairie Healthcare Foundation’s Board of Directors Grants and Gifts Committee reviews the applications in October. Winners are announced in November for the following year.
Grant proposals for 2024 funding are being accepted through September 30, 2024.
