Honor a Mother With a Gift - Mother's Day is May 12!

How will you recognize the mothers in your life this year?  We have a suggestion! Honor her with a gift to the Foundation.

This is a time to honor ALL mothers, whether your own mother, spouse, sister, aunt, friend, neighbor...you get the idea.

                We'll send the honoree a card recognizing your gift.  If you'd like to honor a mother who has passed away, we can accommodate that as well.

                            We will acknowledge you and the honoree by name in Sauk Prairie Healthcare Foundation's Summer Newsletter and on the monitor in the hospital lobby. If you have a photo of the honoree and yourself that we can include on the monitor, please email your photo(s) to [email protected].
