There are many places in our community where you can receive the COVID19 vaccination, including at select Sauk Prairie Healthcare facilities. Remember, you will not be charged for the COVID19 vaccine. Appointments are required to receive the COVID19 vaccine at Sauk Prairie Healthcare locations. Call to schedule:
